The Social Kitchen ‘’The Other Human’’ takes part in the Civil Society Exchange Program organized by the University Bilgi of Istanbul and MitOst Association as the only collectivity, group that is without a legal form. 
During the beginning of this exchange program we became partners and good friends with the group ‘’Bodrum'da Insanca Yasam Dernegi’’ from Bodrum, Turkey. The Civil Society Exchange Program aims in the exchange of experiences and opinions amongst partners through visits to other countries.
The Social Kitchen ‘’The Other Human’’ travelled to Bodrum from 19th to 24th of September and now we are looking forward to host in Athens from the 11th to he 14th of October the group ‘’Bodrum'da Insanca Yasam’’.
We want to build strong bridges between us based on initiatives and carry out international humanitarian aid programs. The Social Kitchen ‘’The Other Human’’ invites and welcomes therefore the president Ayca Kubat and the member Mustafa Fahir Uyumcu of ‘’Bodrum'da Insanca Yasam Derneg’’ from Bodrum Mugla for their visit in Athens in October.
The program to be followed in Athens is as follows:
Wednesday 11/10/2017: 
16:00 Receipt of the "Bodrum'da Insanca Yasam Dernegi" team from Athens Airport and transfer to their hotel in Metaxourgeio.
19:00 Reception of the group in the home of the Social Kitchen ‘’The Other Human’’ in Kerameikos and acquaintance with the other members of our team. 
21:00 Welcome lunch in a local tavern in Keramikos.
Thursday 12/10/2017
11:00 Departing all together for Skaramangas Refugee Camp where we are going to cook and eat together with around 2000 refugees. 
18:00 ‘’The Other Human’’ organises a festival that takes place in Keramikos at Dimosio Sima, where we cook and exchange views with other collectives.
Friday 13/10/2017
10:00 Guided tour of the archaeological site of Acropolis and Acropolis’ museum. 
16:00 We cook all together in Kapnikarea for the Athens’ homeless.
18:00 We cook and participate in our festival in Keramikos at Dimosio Sima, exchanging views with other collectives. There will be live music from local bands from Keramikos and Metaxourgeio and from other parts of Athens as well a handmade jewellery market.
